• Having a good knowledge of commercial transantions and their tax and legal requirements of them.
• Strong commercial and marketing outlook for business development,

• Have outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work with a team members and other departments and people,
• Presentable, good communication skill, self disciplined, motivated and business oriented,
• Effective use of MS Office Programs and ability to perform with IT software programs,
• AS400 program experience is  the preferance criteria.
• English language (Writing, speaking and reporting) is required.

İŞ TANIMI

• To be responsible from receiving  and processing of the customer orders and invoicing them.
•  Responsibility areas are traditional customers, key account customers and modern trade customers.
•  Acting as  SOP (Sales and Operations Planning) active member for traded items and manufactured products.
•  Preparation or assisting to sales related announcements and also mailing to them to dealers and sub dealers.
•  Analytical reporting of sales, dealers’ backorders, customer risk and limits, 
•  Preparing customer satisfaction analysis, 
•  Dealing with dealers’ telephones, inquiries, complaints and return goods request.
•  Improving customer service level.
•  Dealer and sub-dealers related  files follow up and update
•  Analytical reporting related to his Dealers, Sub-Dealers  and end-users related activities.
•  Preparation of daily sales summary analytical reports,
•  To a part of the departmental and personnal objectives,
•  Assisting sales planning, sales budget and forecasting,
•  Following sales campaigns, dealer fair activities, tender conditions and marketing activities, 
•  Acting as a supporting person for sales managers,
•  Doing a cooperative work with marketing, production planning, logistics distribution and accounting people,
• Doing a cooperative work with finance team for collection, risk management and other related requirements,
•  Doing filing for all CS unit related documents
