İŞ TANIMI

• Leading the Sales and Supply Support team and working with the Retail Supply Integration team to secure the highest possible goods availability at lowest possible cost, taking into account country campaigns and the commercial calendar
• Driving actions of forecasting and ordering, ensuring they are aligned with the commercial calendar by working closely with the Sales Team
• Contributing to the store business plan and ensuring that the logistics actions agreed in store business plan are implemented within the Sales and Supply Support team 
• Working actively in reporting and analysing stock discrepancies in line with country inventory routines 
• Working actively with the Sales Team on range change process (PCD in/out phases) by providing information regarding parameters, quantity and remaining outgoing articles
• Monitoring the agreed key performance indicators (KPI’s) and taking actions accordingly 
• Ensuring that the Sales and Supply Support team works in compliance with the country routines relating to stock movements and safety & security 
• Optimizing warehouse capacity and securing availability through short/mid/long-term capacity plans
• Identifying, recruiting and developing the talents within the Sales and Supply Support team
• Working with the 3rd party logistics partner and monitoring the daily logistics/shipment operations and safety & security routines in the warehouse, following internal damages/discrepancies and actively taking actions
• Sales & Supply Support Group Leader will be located at Tuzla warehouse.
