Sales Operations Specialist

We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a 'Sales OperationsSpecialist' in our Head Office within the following qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university,
·         Preferably 2 years of related job experience,
·         Excellent command of written and spoken English,
·         Proficiency in MS Office applications,
·         Strong analyzing,organizational and communication skills,
·         Having a driving license (Class B) and able to travel,
·         No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

·         Play an active role in achieving department goals by doing business development in the Sales Department,
·         Providing analysis of sales data, campaign results, and evaluation of sales and stock,
·         Maintaining weekly forecasting reports based on previous year’s sales data,
·         Plan and formulate the sales strategies and applications using costs, equipment and manpower items,
·         Analyzing the current operational process, improving new procedures in order to reach more effective and efficient operations,
·         Recommending promotions to management according to sale & stock reports,
·         Organizing and following promotions and campaigns,
·         Preparing the feasibility report of the new locations; planned store opening schedule, organize and track the responsible teams,
·         Responsible to destock the aged products by managing the outlet and 3rd party internet companies operation.
