We are seeking a Senior Lawyer  in our Legal&Compliance department.

Candidates are expected to have the following qualifications and skills;

• Preferably 5-8 years’ experience in Corporate law, contracts law, labor law, legal advice,  legal practice and compliance,
• Should have insurance law experince,
• University lawdegree from a reputable university,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment,
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills,
• Team-player, self-motivated, rigorous, with a constructive and critical mind,
• Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills,
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team,
• Detail oriented,
• Completed military service for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Advice all departments across the company on legal and compliance issues, 
• Prepare contracts, manage all  follow up and recording process, managing comments and negotiation processes about contracts, 
• Follow up the legal updates, new legislation and etc. , providing reporting being made to MMC Global Legal and Compliance,
• Give legal insight and recommendations regarding new campaigns, new projects and other relevant matters,
• Follow-up of business and legal transactions, finalization and monitoring of compliance with the law, providing internal trainings.
