QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To further strengthen and boost our activities in Turkey mainly within the Koç conglomerate, we are seeking a "Business Manager" based in Istanbul.

- Minimum BA / BSc degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent curriculum from an acclaimed Turkish or International university
- 5 - 10 years of sales experience in business development in automotive or other technological sectors
- Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly dynamic environment, manage multiple and challenging responsibilities, meet urgent deadlines, seek and create new opportunities
- Extensive work experience and already established network / relationships with solid client portfolio within the Koç Group with a solid network
- Advanced level of spoken and written English is a requirement, additional language proficiency in German or French would be an asset
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic competencies
- Customer oriented, constructive, friendly service approach
- Freedom to travel as required by the role
- Flexibility in working hours
İŞ TANIMI
- Identify, contact, launch & develop new business with our customers within the Koç Group
- Increase company sales by expanding business in existing and new business
- Reinforce the recruitment process for new projects and services
- Organize, plan and execute measures for financial profitability and business sustainability
- Manage, guide and motivate MBtech staff working in new business
