Treasury and Credit Controlling Manager

Reporting to Finance Director, is to manage and monitor the credit risk of the company towards its customers with the final aim to reduce the risk of A/R write-offs to a minimum.As such TCCM has to continuously monitor the credit limits for the current customers,performs credit investigations for new customers and determines a credit rating.In addition TCCM is as well responsible for the collection of overdue balances.This includes the co-operation with internal sales organization,lawyers,collection agencies and insolvency administrators.Finally TCCM provides regular reporting on the Risk Management;Identification, quantification and communication of risk followed by implementation of strategies to reduce risk (avoidance, reduction).

Management of cash flow thru on time and accurate projections with alignment of Division Finance

Responsibilities will include:

Credit Management :Management of credit risk for Key Accounts,Field Accounts,Buying Groups and Promotion Customers

Cash collection control

Treasury Function:

Reporting and analysis

Who we are looking for:

* Minimum of 5 years working experience in the respective area.

* Minimum of 3 years team management experience strong customer service skills

* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration and other related areas.

* Strong working knowledge of Turkish GAAP.

* Proficient in using Microsoft Word,Excel and Power Point.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Unwavering commitment to business ethics, professionalism, respect for colleagues and willingness to help.

* Commitment to take ownership of tasks and initiatives, with singular focus on delivering solutions and results.

* Ambitious desire to improve and add value to the organization and co-workers.

* Exceptional analytical skills, desire and comfort to work with quantitative data; deep experience with Microsoft Excel.

This position is based in Silivri Istanbul Turkey, with no international travel.
