· Good command of English both writing and speaking
· Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on your analysis.
· Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects.
· Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.
· Strong decision- making, planning and problem -solving skills.
· Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
· PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
· Eagerness to learn new innovations and concepts
· Analytical and mathematical skills.
· Able to analyse statistical data.

· Campaign Management: CPC and CPA online campaigns management with marketing budget
· Day to day control of ROI of performance marketing channels.
· Day to Day Optimization: Conversion and ROI optimization of more than 100K properties; selecting well performing hotels for different marketing channels
· Reporting functions; weekly and monthly performance reports.
· Representing the company in order to make agreement with new marketing channels and follow up on the integration.
· Assisting the Digital Marketing Specialists with reports and budget when requested.
· Building strong contacts with partners
· Analyzing performance of the existing campaigns and increasing the volume in effective ways.
