• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 10 years of detergents &home care buying experience, Category Management / Trade Marketing experience in FMCG or Retail sectors is highly appreciated
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office skills
• Knowledge of the market situation, competitors and suppliers for both Retail and Wholesale is a strong asset
• Advanced knowledge in negotiation, merchandising principles, methods and processes
• An analytical mind with a strategic and multitasking ability
• Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to travel for discovering unique business experience
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category.
• Dealing with wide range of supplier & products.
• Building and defining the assortment based on the category strategy by the right selection, availability, and acquisition of products is dependent on effective communications and cooperative relationships with vendors.
• Being responsible for negotiating pricing, delivery and payment terms with vendors, all of which affect the profit margin of the products.
• Implementing the assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising policies within the Category.
• Ensuring the achievement of turnover, profitability and stock targets within the Category.
• Implementing the own brand strategy within the Category.
• Becoming a leader in category ranging, pricing and promotions across customer channels.
• Managing a portfolio with a significant turnover.
• Meeting the needs of various customer segments, from end consumer to HoReCa.
