QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

With around 750 stores in 25 countries, 21 million local and global customers and more than 110,000 employees from 150 nations, METRO Cash & Carry is one of the most internationalized wholesalers in the world and is looking for REGIONAL HR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT MANAGER who eats and breathes wholesaling and is determined to shape his/her life.
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields, master’s degree is a plus
  • Min 6 years experiences of Human Resources experience, multinational environment is a big plus
  • High level of understanding of human resources management in terms of recruitment, training & development, talent management, organizational development and compensation & benefits
  • Excellent command of English in both written and spoken
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to effectively influence people of all levels to drive change and improvement
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with analytical approach
  • Ability to think strategically whilst operating tactically
  • Action oriented with a focus on results
  • Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
  • High customer orientation and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Located in Ankara and able to travel


İŞ TANIMI

  • Create a consulting strategy to ensure building of HR practises to execute METRO’s business objectives.
  • Work closely with business leaders and the HR Leadership Team to support deployment of a comprehensive HR Strategy.
  • Work alongside with line managers to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Work closely with center of expertise such as; Leadership & Development and Compensation & Benefits teams to execute the process for business units of his/ her accounts.
  • Consult line managers in all HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, talent management, compensation. management, Trade Union processes, industrial relations processes, retaining, organizational change and development processes and take related actions.
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Be responsible for preparing and sharing weekly & monthly essential HR reports with line managers.
  • Functionally responsible for the coordination of store Human Resources Specialists within his/her assigned region.
