Project Sales Engineer

• Bachelor degrees from reputable universities;
• Minimum 2 to maximum 5 years of B2B technical sales experience in Industrial markets;
• Result oriented, self driven, with high motivation;
• Fluency in English is a must;

İŞ TANIMI

Directly reporting to Country Project Sales Manager, our candidate will be responsible for:

• Through market research, identifying new potential customers and converting into long-term and sustainable customer;
• Visiting customers, leading the customer projects and tenders, offering the proper products and services to create added value for the customer, sampling in the customer site, negotiate the terms of agreements and close sales;
• Developing relationships with existing customers and take account responsibility;
• Monitoring and reporting market research and competitor activities and identifying potential opportunities;
• Following up the customer payment with financial department and ensuring to collect the payments on time;
• Coordinating the orders with customer service;
• Following up the customer complaints for corrective actions to improve the customer satisfaction and service quality;
• Informing the planning department about the forecast of the customer orders;
• Plan and participating in sector exhibitions;
• Develop business strategies to achieve sustainable growth, along with high customer satisfaction;
• Defining and achieving sales targets.
