Our client is a Leading Global real estate company. For their developing organisation we are looking for a:
Speciality Leasing and Media Manager
•University degree from a reputable university.
•MBA or master degree is a plus.
•Minimum 7 - 10 years of Malls and Asset Management experience, with an advertising background.
•B2B, finance, sales or leasing backgrounds preferred.
•Advanced account management skills.
•Good communication skills &Proficiency in Turkish and English.
•Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
•Evidence of leadership & motivation skills, strategic long-term thinking, strategy & policy formulation, forecasting and budgeting project management.

İŞ TANIMI

Ensure effective leasing of specialty space to suitable retailers, sourcing and closing lease licenses, in line with the specialty leasing plan in order to maximise funds from operations, Kiosks, promotional standards, performance and delivery to increase revenue streams, whilst also acting as the key point of contact for potential and existing specialty tenants. To lead media sales and sponsorship and maximise revenue from this portfolio across the
Company, ensuring return on investment for media campaigns and sponsorships, maximising brand exposure through the direction of static and digital media, and liaising with media / advertising agencies.
