• Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in relevant disciplines like Business Administration, Economics, and Finance Accounting
• Minimum 10 years of working experience as cost accounting specialist  ideally within an international environment
• Strong knowledge and experience of cost accounting of manufacturer (mass production, ideally air-conditioning company)
• Fluent in English - both verbal and writing
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Strong knowledge and experience of SAP (cost accounting area)
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
• Strong knowledge and experience about Turkish GAAP, IFRS and Tax Legislation
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage team and supervise the results
• Analytical Thinking and good conceptual thinking skills
• Good problem solving skills
• Experience in start-up manufacturing process is an asset.

İŞ TANIMI

• To establish and implement correct accounting methods, policies and principles
• To prepare and analyze periodic management reports on financial results
• To manage the relationships with the tax consulting companies and foreign booking companies to record the invoices related to the cost accounting and relevant documents in the SAP system
• To take an active role in the establishment of the cost accounting system and to have experience in this field
• To manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting group
• To understand the SAP structure developed and customized for the company and to support the system integration process
• To participate in the SAP training course to be carried out by the system consultant before beginning the SAP operation and to train newly joined accounting staff
• To prepare the user manual for understanding the structure of the operating system for cost accounting
• To lay down the accounting rules in conjunction with Mitsubishi Electric Shizuoka Works in a way to cover the internal control, especially in the area of cost accounting
• Prior to production start, to prepare written protocols on how to process the SAP cost accounting and to list possible tasks and structures related to the internal control system in terms of cost accounting
• To participate in target costing activities in order to provide products fulfilling the price targets determined
