Multi Turkey is the biggest retail platform in Turkey, with 16 shopping centers in operation and new projects in development.  The portfolio includes 13 Forum shopping centres, as well as Gordion.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Engineering
• Around 7-8 years of experience (3-4 years audit experience in Big 4 Audit Companies is an asset)
• Solid knowledge of IFRS
• Excellent knowledge of Powerpoint & Excel is required
• Fluent in English
• Confident and fluent communicator with management at all levels,
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, ability to deliver high quality work to tight deadlines
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Control monthly accounting closing processes, identify and propose adjustments, if necessary
• Prepare monthly financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting requirements
• Prepare financial part of monthly mall management reports
• Prepare ad-hoc reports requested by Management
• Prepare lender compliance reports and presentations
• Take role in BP preparation processes, when needed
• Control and test new BO reports created on the system
• Carry out the relations with auditors during year-end assurance.
• Support the Business Controllers regarding with reports prepared for Banks.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for external investor owned SPVs in accordance with the related asset management agreements
