QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
At least 3 years working experience in similar position in a multinational company of the automotive sector,
University Degree (preferably in Industrial or Mechanical Engineer),
Fluent in English,
Strong communication and Leading skills,
Result oriented personality with strong planning and analytical skills,
Good command of Ms Office applications
To direct the progress of the project through periodical report meetings according to the established stages.
To maintain a fluid level of communication with the client and the different departments, ensuring the projects confidentiality.
To control the project costs and investments, analyzing the deviations and proposing corrective action plans with the assistance of the local controller.
To manage its team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation.
