Business Development Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role has background in business development and/or product development and/or business planning areas in preferably fintech, payment systems, digital banking or technology ecosystems. The candidate should be experienced in project management tools and methodology with flexibility in thinking and pragmatic problem solving skills. Willingness to learn, analytical and reporting skills are also looked for.

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university in Turkey or abroad (engineering is preferred - MBA is an asset)
• Minium 4 years of experience (experience in preferably one or more of these functions: business development, product development, strategic planning, strategic consultancy in IT business is  highly preferred)
• Experience in fintech, payment systems, technology sectors is highly preferred
• Having excellent English language capability is a must and French knowledge is a plus

İŞ TANIMI

• Deliver and develop new ideas/products and monitoring sector trends
• Evaluate the business expansion needs and collect accurate data from ratio analysis and sector trends on payment systems
• Support identifying new opportunities for the business
• Make and prepare reports to management regarding customers’ response to company’s products
• Manage relationship with sales teams and other departments
• Build effective relationship with current and potential vendor community
