Digital Marketing Specialist will join the digital arm of the Strategic Marketing Department. The Digital Team overseas all digital marketing channels (paid & unpaid, partnerships), digital sales, all communication and U/X concerning mobile applications and online loyalty platform & websites. The Digital Marketing Specialist is expected to be a key individual in this team.
  • University degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field
  • Min.2 years business experience in the digital marketing ecosystem
  • Experience in fintech, payment systems, technology sectors is preferred
  • Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must, French is a plus
  • Experience in paid and unpaid digital marketing channels including but not limited to Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, Social Media, Display & Programmatic Advertising
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing techniques and emerging technologies in digital marketing
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns across different channels
  • Ability to ability to foster a multidisciplinary approach;
  • Results oriented, problem solver with provided resources and proactive thinker with decision making ability

  • Managing and optimizing digital campaigns on all performance channels
  • Managing and optimizing al B2C campaigns on all performance channels
  • Planning, development and execution of B2C campaigns, including but not limited to online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Planning, development and execution of digital campaigns, including online advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables.
  • Managing digital agency relationships, day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules.
  • Establishing a continuously improving lead generation process (optimizing CAC) to support sales by conducting regular funnel analysis and identification of improvement areas
  • Defining the correct KPIs for each campaign and executing marketing plans accordingly
  • Monitor and evaluate ROI and KPIs and suggests actions to enhance said metrics
  • Monitoring digital marketing trends in the sector, local competitors’ positioning and global best practices (with a special focus on payment systems such as prepaid cards, PSP, loyalty platforms both for B2B and B2C services)
  • Continuously testing and delivering new approaches based on A/B or Multivariate testing.
  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative research on the campaign’s target segment and methodology in order to have a deeper understanding on the target audience and post-engagement behavior of acquired users
  • Acting as a key stakeholder for Information Technology team to ensure the required developments are done for digital channels
