We are amongst the market leaders here in the fields of water treatment, energy efficiency and environmental services, providing consultancy and management support to a variety of commercial and governmental clients, ranging from national banks to utilities, ministries and international funding organisations. Among our recent projects are some of the major EBRD energy efficiency programmes in Turkey: TurSEFF (I & II), MidSEFF, and TuREEFF. We also manage a number of technical projects, including for example the provision of technical consultancy for the Erzurum Water and Waste Water Project funded by the IPA programme.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years practical engineering experience in the fields of Energy / Resource Efficiency and/or Renewable Energy
• A relevant University degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electric or energy engineering
• A master in Energy / Resource Efficiency and/or Renewable Energy is a plus
• Abroad experience is a plus
• Passionate about global engineering, particularly the fields of Energy & Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy
• Responsibility, punctual delivery and taking ownership of the tasks and assignments
• Focused on quality delivery
• A team player with good communication skills to liaise and interact with colleagues and Clients from other disciplines
• Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
• Fluent in English, both written and oral

Your role
We are looking to hire an Energy/Resource Efficiency Expert for our office located in Istanbul, Turkey.
This is an exciting role needing the right mix of professionalism, maturity and experience. This is a crucial position that provides first rate Administration and Accounting support both internally and externally. The right candidate will be someone with a good deal of experience in an international organization, comfortable with the unique demands of working with both local and international clients and colleagues. We're looking for a role holder who needs no encouragement to be proactive contributor of ideas, best practice suggestions and of course first class work.
 
 
What will you be doing

• Assemble and prepare due diligence reports in Energy & Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy sectors
• Research and investigate possible applications for the use of Renewable Energy and Energy & Resource Efficiency improvements in Turkey’s private and public sector
• Undertake technical eligibility checks for Energy & Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects that need financing
• Assemble and prepare detailed Technical Feasibility Reports for Energy & Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects that need financing
• Assess and evaluate risks for Energy & Resource Efficiency and Renewable Energy projects that need financing
• Undertake thorough Energy & Resource Efficiency Surveys in the industry and commercial buildings
