Located in Istanbul-Esenyurt with a more than 10.000 m² warehouse capacity, ORAFOL Turkey A.Ş. is the sales office of leading global self adhesive PVC films manufacturer ORAFOL Europe GmbH, Berlin-Germany.

Since 1995, the company has been the sole importer of the ORAFOL product range for Turkey, and the company is a well established player in this market. Main markets include advertisement - graphic products and traffic reflective solutions.

External Affairs and Marketing Specialist (F/M)

Qualifications
- Degree in Communications, Marketing or other relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent command of Turkish & English both written and spoken
- Great problem solving ability with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment
- Strong project leadership skills with the ability to multitask at all times
- Ability to judge and adjust priorities to achieve personal and team objectives
- Being results driven with strong planning and organization skills and ability to execute plans
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications

İŞ TANIMI

Responsibilities
- Carry out daily communication with the head office in English
- Assist team members in communicating with manufacturers & suppliers
- Contact with foreign suppliers and customers – complete the purchasing & sales processes
- Prepare marketing materials, product flyers, brochures and translate when needed
- Organize exhibitions, meetings, conferences and various events throughout the year
- Manage product complaint processes and convey the results to accountancy department
- Support team members and customers in gathering product technical information and documents
- Assist in hosting foreign visitors, customers and managers
