• BS. or MS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organisation strategy and ability to design and development that applications to delivery that strategy.
• Minimum 5 years of hands on coding experience in J2EE, Web and Integration platform
• Min. 3 years of leadership or team management experience
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) and software development tools. To have knowledge and experience of Agile Metodology is plus.
• Experienced and knowledge on Enterprise Architecture and Object-Oriented Design.
• Experienced and knowledge on Release Management Processes and Continuous Integration Tools (Jenkins, Maven, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in Java, J2EE (WS, EJB, Rest) and Web technologies
• Experience of developing Services Oriented Architectures (SOA) and Integration platform is plus.
• Experienced and knowledge on Mobile (iOS,Android) Technology is plus.
• Ability to open-source technological trends closely
• Strong analytical, interpersonal,  problem solving, planning, presentation, result-oriented and proactive skills
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and resources.
• Very good command in English both verbal and written
• Military service must be completed

İŞ TANIMI

• Provides overall guidance and motivation to developers.
• Responsibility for development for end-to-end cross functional  applications and applications design.
• Determine and optimization for software strategy and development processes, collaboration with management teams.
• Development, maintenance and problem solving of Sales Applications with J2EE and Web Technologies.
• Management for the applications planning, design, development,  unit test and documentations activities.
• Validate delivery schedule and plans, guides the software release process.
• Works and corporate closely with Project Management, Businesses, Analysis and Test Teams
• Management and planning Release Management Processes and collaboration with Operation Teams.
• Ensure software code quality (code review, refactor, static code analysis) and compliance its with enterprise architecture.
• Coordinate and solve production problem, defect with the team, collaborate Production Support and Operation Teams.
