University degree in electrical or/and electronic engineering,
Min. 3 - 5 years experience in automation and electrical maintenance
Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD programs,
Good command of English,
Experienced in team management,
Effective interpersonal skills in terms of communicating and managing the maintenance team,
Capable of planning, organizing and controlling of electrical maintenance activities.
Living or willing to live in Mersin or Tarsus
No travel restrictions,

İŞ TANIMI

Responsible for electrical maintenance, upgrading, installation, commissioning and validation activities of the production lines and utilities.
Decrease breakdown time at the plant due to automation problems and development of PLC software according to needs of production.
Lead the electrical maintenance team.
Use of Root and cause analysis methodology in maintenance and in improvement projects.
Lead implementation of 5S and TPM activities
Responsible for managing plant's energy and water consumption strategy
Identifying opportunities in facilities maintenance budgets for supporting spare parts management.Being a leader in improvement projects that would provide optimum cost of production to ensure the maximum benefits.
Support to project teams in regards to electric and automation projects.
