• University degree (Preferred Environmental Engineer)
• Having minimum C type İSG specialist certificate
• At least 2 years experience in H&S Area
• English fluency

İŞ TANIMI

• Coaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved operation
• Develop staffing and skill building plans to build technical mastery
• Lead problem solving activities and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement
• Meet the requirements of GEHSMS, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation related with in his/her area of responsible
• Developing and implementing Health and Safety strategies and action plans that ensure corporate sustainable development
• Leading the implementation of EHS policies and practices
• Ensuring compliance with HS legislation
• Carrying out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce an organization's H&S risks and financial costs;
• Establish & Embed safety systems & practices in the plant
• Ensure compliance with legal obligations and company requirements. Track and regularly report the status of regulatory compliance and improvement initiatives to EHS Manager
• Maintain the area risk register and ensure that risk assessments are completed for all activities with significant risks
• Establish requirements and provide guidance in PPE management
• To monitor that all accidents are properly reported and investigated by Departments
• Prepare and coordinate the external occupational health and safety audit and the audit process. Monitor that audit recommendations are being implemented within agreed timescales
• Monitor safety performance through internal audits and develop proactive reporting system
• Ensure that all employees are inducted, as per the safety procedures
