Raw Material Warehouse Planning Supervisor

• University degree in Industiral Engineering.
• Be able to communicate and report in English effectively.
• At least 2 years experience in Raw Material or Production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Food manufacturing or Fast moving consumer goods sector experience would be a distinct advantage.
• Functional understanding of Supply Chain performance metrics and the drivers of fast moving consumer goods industry.
• Team player, with excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills to be able to build effective relationships.
• Fluent in English to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Highly motivated and able to work proactively in ever-changing environment,
• Sense of urgency
• Believing in customer satisfaction mentality and ambitious with desire to progress and develop
• Effective time management and planning.

İŞ TANIMI

• To ensure that warehouse and spare parts warehousing activities, which are material and spare part acceptance, storage and exit in accordance with the targets and regulations of the company, keeping necessary records, making and supervising necessary reconciliations and managing the planning process.
• Reports to Logistic & Planning Manager.
• Preparing weekly production plans regarding to demand and plant sources working coordinately with central business units and making necessary revisions.
• Ensures Raw Materials (ingredient and packing materials) to be delivered to production sites on time in the correct quantities for use in manufacture, in line with company purchasing /call off policies.
• Plans and prepares raw material move and make orders to meet production requirements according to plan coming from business unit, sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Managing short and long term raw material inventory by SKU level to minimize stock out and drive inventory initiatives to enable better inventory turn.
• Responsible for analyzing the raw material forecast and raising the necessary purchase requisitions to support all production requirements
• Ensures that raw material inventory levels are optimized to support customer demand and any changes to demand that may arise during daily operations
• Maintain material requirements and master production planning system via analyzing and construction of bills of material, scopes, specifications, to determine the content & plan manageable work elements
• Continually collaborate with headquarter planning and purchasing teams to improve delivery times, cost and performance of materials from vendors on time and in full.
• Managing spare part warehouse by acceptance, storage and exit of spare parts
• Managing daily , weekly and annuel counting processes related with raw materials , work in process and empty boxes.
• Working on AOP volume and capacity plans due to plant sources with other departments monthly and annually and responsible of reporting capacity plans.
• Participate in food defense, quality assurance, health & safety and environment workings and ensure the right applies in responsible warehouses.
• Participate in productivity and saving projects in responsible warehouses.
