Senior Revenue Management Associate

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field,
• 2-3 years of experience in audit, financial & business control, reporting, planning functions preferred, FMCG experience is an asset,
• Strong analytical skills,
• MS Office (advanced excel) knowledge,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, teamwork oriented,
• Creative in problem-solving,
• Attention to detail while being able to see the whole picture,
• Ability to work under stress and in busy agenda.

İŞ TANIMI

• Preparation of net revenue plans for annual operating plan and rolling forecasts,
• Ensure net revenue growth targets to be implemented within strategy by detail work of pricing, volume/mix and trade spend,
• Provide consolidation of net-revenue inputs by channel into total company plan,
• Provide detailed analysis for volume/mix, pricing and discount&allowances impacts on net revenue during planning process,
• Responsible for net revenue reporting and submission to FP&A,
• Preparation of net revenue cause of change submission to Sector and FP&A,
• Responsible for actual topline (volume&net revenue) tracking during the month vs latest rolling forecast and update the month-outlook if necessary,
• Prepare and present short-term company financials to commercial teams in weekly meetings,
• Performing month end closing activities and preparing of month-end reporting and analysis within the deadlines of FP&A,
• Prepare and present variance analysis to compare actuals vs plans,
• Development and implementation of financial models,
• Actively seek for opportunities to improve forecasting process and actively work in current improvement projects,
• Support and/or participate in any other ad-hoc projects and reporting requirements.
