Junior Accounting and Finance Responsible

• Bachelor degree or above, major in finance is priority,
• Excellent in both spoken and written English or German,
• 2-3 years experience on financial management in a manufacturing industry,
• Advanced skills on organization processes including ERP
• Being adapted for intense work pressure and having strong personality while making corporate decisions
• Good communication, coordination ability and team cooperation spirit.

İŞ TANIMI

• Comprehensive know how about book-keeping,
• Comprehensive monthly reporting about administrative, financial and accounting processes,
• Preparing annual budget, comparing nominal/actual budget continuously and controlling cost & expenses,
• ERP (Logo Tiger Enterprise) project organization, implementation and continuation,
• Preparing financial plan and updating periodically,
• Being familiar with cost accounting in a manufacturing company and performing cost calculation evaluations of semi-finished and finished products,
• Establishing pre-calculation of cost units into the ERP (Logo Tiger Enterprise) system,
• Collecting data and supplying their analysis to make corporate decisions,
• General administration work (performing internal accounting applications such as cash book etc.),
• Being familiar with purchasing, planning and logistics processes,
• Supporting HR processes and preparing employee's personnel files.
