We are looking for Executive Assistant 
• University Degree,
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Executive Assistant,
• Good command of English,
• Excellent planning skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings,
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook,
• Experienced in general office procedures,
• Strong communication skills,
• Highly motivated and results oriented person,
• Ability to manage confidential information,
• Effective time management and continuous performance even under high pressure.


• Being responsible for heavy calendar of the CEO,
• Organizing and coordinating the schedule of the CEO to facilitate meetings, appoinments, travel organizations and daily business routine,
• Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations,
• Proactively identifying and resolving executive needs,
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls & e-mails.
