The successful candidate should have the following experience and skills;

• Experience minimum of 3 years as a Product application associate, Research and Development expert or technical support responsible in Personal Care and Color Cosmetics
• Bachelor’s degree, in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
• Good command of written and spoken English language, easy to do analysis according to needs
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong MS Excel experience
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, willing to improve
• Validating issues are resolved to customer satisfaction prior to closing inquiries
• Being ambitious, autonomous and entrepreneurial spirit, on high level energy
• Passionate on keeping the boundaries in our exciting and challenging industry, our shared sense of common purpose guides 
• Ability to travel on an infrequent basis may be required
• Being experienced on driving for a long while

İŞ TANIMI

• Supporting brand requests and working on material sampling according to feasibility cases where Ravago Chemicals Kemiropa technology could be used
• Preparing new formulations for offers to customers proactively
• Supporting sales team by monitoring and reporting customer’s technical projects
• Visiting customers to understand the the needs to run trials and give presentations on technical issues requirements
• Analysing technical complaints of customers raised from the applications and reporting it to suppliers
• Following researches on international cosmetic regulations and test standards, and managing the adaptation process to the application laboratory
• Performing laboratory and pilot trials, as well as evaluations of ingredients positioning and finished products with ingredients used for it, and related customer visits and project presentations
