Currently, Reed Turkey is looking for a "Field Service Engineer" for it's multinational client operating in Packaging Industry

• University and / or Vocational School degree in Engineering disciplines preferably Mechanics,Electronics-Electrical 
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance preferably Food Industry and/or Packaging,
• Good knowledge of PLC,
• Strong technical skills in maintenance,service management and spare parts preferably in Food Processing Machinery,
• Fluency in English is must,
• Proficiency in planning and service,
• Having excellent interpersonal, communication and management skills,
• Able to travel locally and able to travel abroad,
• Completed Military service

İŞ TANIMI

• Realize customer technical inquiries on time with positive approach to deploy relations,
• Fulfill preventive maintenance agreements to keep service levels,
• Troubleshooting services within established territory,
• Carry out commissioning of processing equipments,
• Maintains and follows customer files,reporting responsibilities for maintenance activities,
• Work closely with Sales team to deploy to the maintenance services, parts,components and equipments,
