Reed Turkey is looking for a “Finance Manager” for Kocaeli – Kartepe plant for one of its multinational clients.
 

• Degree in Business Administration/Economics or Engineering. Master degree in Finance will be an asset
• Around 10 years of professional experience; controlling experience in manufacturing environment is a must
• Previous experience in team management is a must
• Strong budgeting, reporting and accounting skills, IFRS know-how will be an asset
• Deep exposure to P/L management
• Experience within audit company will be an asset
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and business mind to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders
• Energetic, open to teamwork and displays hands-on personality
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Ms Office
• Military service accomplished – for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Lead and conduct monthly cost calculation analysis, customer profitability analysis
• Secure overall data quality in the whole plant
• Lead all financial forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast, …)
• Provide all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis/standard costs, margin/programs, plant budgetary control, squeeze management and follow up of sales and purchasing prices
• Managing accounting activities
• Participate in OPEX and cost reduction analysis
• Play key role in ERP and reporting projects
• Support Company ınternal audits and external audits
• Realize bencmarking studies
• Prepare financial analysis and presentations on demand
• Deal with legal administrative legislative and compliance issues
• Cooperate to develop action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets, increase plant’s financial profitability and cash optimization (especially identification and implementation of productivity plans)
• Follow financial impact and progress of action plans
• Ensure financial awareness of plant operational teams
