Reed Turkey is looking for a “Process Quality Engineer” for one of its multinational clients operating in automotive industry.

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronic with good understanding of machining technologies.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Automotive industry.

• Knowledge and experience in TS 16949 and associated tools: APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan, Process Flow Diagram.

• Experience in assessment of quality issues, implementation of containment activities and root cause analysis problem solving techniques.

• Proficient application of core Quality Engineering tools/ principles, industry best practices and recognition for technical expertise (Ex.:  5Why, fishbone, PDCA, 6 sigma, Shainin, Lean manufacturing, 5S).

• Proficient in gage development, qualification, and GR&R studies.

• Strong knowledge of  inspection and  containment.

• Fluent in English.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.

• No restriction to travel.

İŞ TANIMI

• Responsible for developing; managing and overseeing all onsite operations related to quality inspection and containment activities. Manage and validate all materials and establish corrective actions for any nonconformance.

• Gather and/or analyze data for continuous improvement activities and the reduction of rejects.

• Facilitate use of appropriate problem solving techniques for effective root cause analysis and successful corrective action.

• Determine when process stability and capability studies should be performed on existing processes.  Review and analyze results.  Recommend changes to processes based upon findings and perform follow up to verify effectiveness.

• Support production engineering team for current production or new production introduction in terms of process control points, parameters, and related FMEA revisions.

• Maintain Control Plans and FMEA's throughout the life of the part.

• Apply appropriate use of statistical techniques.

• Determine and apply appropriate Measurement System Analysis tools.

• Participate and perform quality audits to evaluate process conformance

• Support and engage on customer claims to improve process related issues.

• Responsible for quality initiatives to improved quality performance of the production.

• Has a high focus on quality in his daily work on act as a role model in the team.

• Coordinates plant quality initiatives within production unit.

• Active involvement in new product introduction & change control processes e.g. PPAP, Process Control and Capability
