Automation Industry to be based in
Istanbul.Qualifications Required :
- University degree with relevant technical / engineering disiciplines will be preferable,
- At least 8 years of strong experience with people management strength,
- Knowledge of Automation , Process products will be a plus,
- Competent skills of Customer and Sales orientation with stong communication and problem solving competencies,
- Able to work in a global environment within a matrix organization ,

- Strong leadership and Coaching skills for people management of average of 10 Team Members

* Customer Service & Support Process,

İŞ TANIMI
Expected Manager will be directly reporting to
General Manager and will be closely working with Global Management team overseeing Middle East activities too.
Develop implement and realize Services to Customers end to end process management of Technical Support, Service Management,Supply Chain & Order Handling with Warehouse management of 3rd party supplier,
Set up SLA contract management and deploy Service Sales infrastructure,
Implement and monitor the process management to optimize customer support & solutions process and metrics,
Ensure optimal Customer & Technical Support and Service Management ,
Monitor administrative process of order handling in line with Global Delivery team,
Advice and bring out initiative solutions for process optimization,
Analyse cost efficiency services and develop alternative methodologies,
Hands on people management with supportive and leader attitude ,
