QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The RENOLIT Group is an international leader in the manufacture of high-quality plastic films and related products for technical applications.
RENOLIT  employs a workforce of approximately 4,500 employees at more than 30 production sites and sales entities.
RENOLIT thermoplastic films provide furniture, building components and consumer electronics with a decorative surface finish, they seal roofs, underground structures and line swimming pools. We produce films and tubes for medical applications and recyclable composite panels incorporating natural fibres for the building sector and automotive industry.

Due to the fast growing In our RENOLIT Istanbul organization, we need a new fellow to manage the sales team.

We are looking for a Sales Director reponsible from several products .

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken. Second language is an advantage.
  • Multi-tasker, flexible and reliable
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or business administration
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in the field of furniture, facade, elements of construction.
  • Multi-tasking, flexible and reliable
  • Very well organized person
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship management
  • Ability of negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem solving techniques
  • Excellent time management attitude – ability to assess workload, split task and prioritize
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with high level of energy
  • Presentable and dynamic


İŞ TANIMI

  • Visit regularly key-account and important customers to keep and maintain relationships
  • To find out potential customers and visiting them to get the order with his team.
  • Develop business and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare Annual Sales Budget and follow stricktly.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecast & reports by combining data from field and customer service to General Manager and if necessary to related managers in plants.
  • Prepare marketing reports including price levels, competitor information & activities, goal definitions and paths and report to General Manager and related managers in plants.
  • Work closely with logistics department in order to ensure required stock levels in İstanbul warehouse, while keeping cost efficiency.
  • Follow up customer complaints and coordinate workflow between customers and factories’ claim departments
