QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Rich Products is the industry leader in non-dairy toppings and icings, Rich’s produces more than 2.000 products sold in more than 100 countries.
Due to the growth in Turkey organization, we are looking for a Sales Chief located in Istanbul. The position reports directly to Regional Sales Manager.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 year experience in sales and/or technical sales; food/bakery industry required
- Good knowledge of local market, i.e. bakeries, hotels, restaurants
- Knowledge of sales management, pricing and distributor management
- Leadership and team player skills
- Initiative, with sound problem solving skills and drive for business results
- Very good communication skills at all levels and able to deal with various customer levels, influencer
- Effective presentation skills
- Good time management
- Good level of English preferred
- Good level user of MS Office
- Ability to travel
- Valid driving licence (B)
- No military service obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Achieve territory sales targets and make recommendations to increase sales volume.
- Effectively present our products and their features and benefits to convert end-users.
- Provide customer service for current end-users such as product consulting,handling instruction, order management for delivery on time, monitor inventory and conditions warehouse.
- Doing regular current customer visits, monitor customer satisfaction and take an active role for better customer service.
- Establish sustainable relationships of trust with the customer key stakeholders (chef, purchasing, management, owner).
- Understand customer’s key stakeholders and their respective roles and their levels of influence on purchasing decision.
- Understand and communicate with customer the local competitive environment to effectively positon our products to win and to provide feedback to Management and related functions.
- Identify, prioritize and convert/sell new end-users accounts.
- Develop and maintain options for alternative distributors in territory.
- Maintain good working relationship with distributors and make recommendations as necessary to the distributor such as product consulting, handling instruction,order management for delivery on time, monitor inventory and conditions warehouse.
- Effectively utilize CRM to report end-user, distributor and competition information.
- Share learnings and best practices and cooperate with other associates/functions in order to achieve personnel and business goals.
