• Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
• Min 8 years of experience in Oil&Gas and/or Industrial Construction, Energy sectors as a Contract Engineer/Administrator in an EPC Contractor, Client or General Contractor organization,
• Experience in the review, evaluation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts, preferably prime contracts,
• Detail-oriented character, without losing sight of the big picture
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced work environment.
• Abillity to travel when required

İŞ TANIMI

• Draft appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s interests,
• Provide general assistance & advice on contractual & procurement matters as required to support Company’s operations,
• Interact with the other departments of the Company and will maintain an effective relation with such departments to obtain their necessary inputs for contract review,
• Review, report, negotiate or draft side agreements such as collaboration, bidding, consortium agreements etc.
• Provide input into contracting and commercial strategies and provide help with obtaining the requisite approvals for such strategies from management,
• Work as part of a team of contract professionals, in the provision of contract services throughout the pre and post signature stages, however the main emphasis will mostly be the pre signature phase,
• Apply and follow the compliance of the approved principles, processes and procedures of the Company in the performance of all contract activities.
