Senior Merchandiser

• Bachelor’s degree from university preferably in Textile, Business or related discipline,
• Min. 5 years experiences in denim development or production merchandising,
• Knowledge of denim costing, washing and production,
• Good command of both English and Turkish is essential,
• Ability to communicate, organize, and problem solve, and negotiate effectively with customers,
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team and communicate effectively with internal and external parties,
• Self-motivated, independent, and detail minded,
• Ability to manage multiple customers and multiple tasks concurrently while working under pressure,
• Residing in Bursa or willing to relocate,

İŞ TANIMI

• Independently and effectively lead the entire merchandising process including sample development, trims sourcing, costing, order placement, follow-up, bulk production, quality, and logistics,
• Understanding complex customer needs and communicate requirements to internal teams,
• Ensuring that all approvals are on time & follow customers required processes & standard,      
• Coordinating internally with factory departments to ensure on-time delivery,
• Escalate production status issues and determine action steps to solve problems,
