Construction Chief

Saudi Real Estate Construction Co.

We are looking for a “Construction Chief” for our superstructure projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Required qualifications are:

·        University degree from Civil Engineering departments

·        Minimum 10 years of experience                    

·        Experience in superstructure projects such as Residences, Villas, Shopping Centers, Offices

·        Expert knowledge of construction materials and details

·        Experience in KSA and the Gulf Countries is an asset

·        High problem solving skills and risk management & assessment skills   

·        Ability to work well within a team and within an international working environment, having an international sense of business

·        Excellent management and coordination skills

·        Dynamic, self-motivated and solution oriented

·        Excellent command of written and spoken English, knowledge of Arabic is plus

·        Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs

·        No restriction to travel abroad

·        No military service obligation
 

 JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Ensuring that the project will be completed on time, within target budget and required quality

·        Determination of material, labor, subcontractor and equipment requirements for the project and reporting to the Project Manager

·        Making design optimization and value engineering studies to decrease the costs during the project

·        Preparation of method of statements

·        Ensuring that the employees are working in compliance with health and safety legislation and instructions

·        Ensuring that the works are being executed in compliance with quality control procedures
