• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Customer, supplier and sub-contractor management experience 
• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility
• Self motivated and challenge the business with high energy
• Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking to improve
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (preferably speak in French)
• Completed military service for male candidates

• MV & LV Switchgear technical knowledge and site experience
• LV main distribution and MCC panels offer preparation and site installation know-how
• Management and planning of the resources and workload of project management team
• Following up the execution steps (project approval , procurement , manufacturing , claims, variations ,delivery, site activities,  etc.) of projects and ensuring their execution as per agreed milestones
• Provide the status and scheduling information about the projects under execution to plant functions such as Engineering, Manufacturing, S&C and Planning
• Coordination the communication between customer and factory internal departments
• Preparation of monthly and yearly reports of ‘project management’ team
