QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements  
  * Minimum 5 years of sound professional experience.
  * Able to work under pressure, flexible and team-oriented
  * Good knowledge of English and/or German as the corporate language in its spoken and written forms

Required Education * Mechanical, Mechatronic /Process Engineer or related fields
* Additional training in Sales / Marketing preferred
   
   
Expertise * Business Knowledge: Knowledge of major value drivers of
customer P&L and ability to explain impact of customer services
  *  Technical  knowledge to understand customer needs: Sufficient
technical background  to understand client  processes, not only machines but overall transformation process  and operations processes
  * Knowledge of sales and service in process engineering
operations
  * Is able to conduct sales discussions and contract
     negotiations
   
Competence in * Possesses the presentations- and conversational techniques
Applying Methods * Has a command of sales- and relationship management
   
Personnel Skills * Has good communication skills, is able to communicate 
     with all kinds of people
* Radiates trustworthiness and reliability and is able to
   build and maintain partnership-based relationships
* Is ready to render extra performance in achieving the objectives

İŞ TANIMI

Main Tasks * Customer understanding: Identifies and understands customer needs. Segment specific development of customers. Observes market trend in own cluster .
  * Relationship management : together with the CS Sales manages customer relationships  with main focus on CS topics.
Responsible for CS sales in the Service Station.
  * Ensures an efficient customer support in his market region
  * Sales and quotation support: responsible for initiating quotation
process for CS offering. Generates sales leads for
equipment/plant business.  
  * Opens new market potentials
   
Responsibility/ * CRM: Utilization and responsibility for dedicated data set
  * Develop CS Business in the Business Unit  related in order to reach the  budget 
* Availability to travel 60  % of the working time
