COLLECTION SPECIALIST

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
• 3-4 years previous collections experience in collection functions of multinational organisations
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Fluency in English
• Competency in MS Office applications
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• No military obligation (for male candidates)

İŞ TANIMI

• Perform day-to-day collection activities of major particular customers
• Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations.
• Recognize and resolve customer invoicing issues and problem
• Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Enlist the efforts of sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.
• Monitors credit limit compliance; takes appropriate action when limits are exceeded; recommends credit limit changes.
• Escalate major collection issues with management that may require special attention/ support.
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with related departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships within the company.
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Team and Finance Department.
