 Job Duties

• Maintain and setup Windows 10 client workstations.
• Maintain and setup HPE servers including drive replacements, processors, and memory upgrades.
• Experience with ESET security appliance for alerts and software updates.
• Experience with CyberArk MFA protocols.
• Experience with securing Mobile devices.
• Preferred ERP experience with Infor Syteline 9.00.20.
• Support users with SQL queries and reports from Syteline.
• Systems administrator for Windows Server 2012, SQL server, and E-Invoice server.
• Active directory maintenance and policy management.
• Manage Client updates and Windows server updates.
• Help desk and end user support with Microsoft Office products and related equipment.
• Manage daily backups with VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter.
• Manage internal WAN network and phone system.
• Strong knowledge of IPSEC protocols and network diagnostic tools.
• Understand and support Barcode readers interfaced to Syteline.
• Install network equipment such routers, switches and proxy servers.
• Manage Sets internal project management program written in C +.net
• Asset management of all software licenses, hardware and other IT equipment.

Requirements and Certifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Strong English skills speaking and written skills
• Strong project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred but not required 
• Microsoft MCSE certification
