• 4 years’ university degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years of sales operations and database expertise in sales reports and analysis
• Ability to link tasks for an integrated infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills

• Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
• Ability to drive multiple tasks
• Able to manage complex situations and achieve results in integrity

İŞ TANIMI

• Conduct routine analyses for Senior Management and Sales Management and support decision making process with analytical data and insights. Report monthly, and quarter post mortem analysis and incentive performance evaluation analysis.
• Support preparation of the regular Insight Documentations to keep the organization aligned on results and underlying causes & impact
• Analyze sales and market data, create dashboards for executives, administrative
• Feed into and steer the sales force information systems, collect, restore the information entered by the sales force, provide necessary follow-up and information for the organization of business meetings.
• Develop reporting infrastructure covering all channels and explore innovative and analytical approaches for all sales support system reporting structures Customize reports for deep dive sales and customer analysis such as segmentation and growth opportunities. 
• Automatize such special reports needs of end-users, detect requirements collaboration with sales.
• Support business planning activities for forecast.
