QUALIFICATIONS:
We are looking for a “Human Resources Specialist/Assistant Specialist ” to join our team;- Bachelor's degree preferably in related disciplines,
- Minimum 1 year experience in human resources field,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- Good command of MS Office applications (SAP HR experience is preferable)
- Practical thinking in business problem solving and being goal oriented,
- Team player with strong planning and organizational skills,
- Good analytical and communication skills
- No restriction for travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
İŞ TANIMI
- Preparing and publishing job advertisements and being responsible for researching and interviewing candidates according to the company’s culture.
- Gathering applications and updating company’s candidate database.
- Coordinating interviews (scheduling with interviewers and candidates)
- Assisting internship recruitment process regarding to department needs.
- Assisting the execution of the Company Career Days Organization with the universities.
- Generating creative ideas for social media activities and assisting social activities for employee engagement.
- Assisting to implement new systems for HR core functions.
- Supporting organizational development projects such as Career Management,
- Assisting for orientation and training activities
- Responsible for drafting procedures and writing job descriptions
- Following up performance management tools such as forms and guidelines.
