We are looking for a Customer Sales Executive.


As Customer Sales Executive, we rely on you to;

To provide the highest level of service to promote customer satisfaction / retention while optimizing booking opportunities.

  • Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
  • Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
  • Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Upsells rooms to meet guests' needs and improve hotel revenue
  • Shows empathy; understands diversity in guest behavior


We are looking for someone who;

  • Takes pride in being a hotelier
  • Loves interacting with guests and customers
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has a can-do attitude
  • Is a self-starter
  • Enjoys crafting best-fit solutions for guests
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
  • 1 or 2 years in Reservations, Revenue Management, Front Office or Sales
  • Good selling skills
  • People-oriented attitude
  • Proficient in operating Opera PMS
