QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for ‘Quality Assurance Specialist’ to support us obtaining quality standarts of food & beverage suppliers and storage&distributers and to ensure company’s global standarts as well as local requirements for stores.
· Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering
· Min 3 years experience in food industry
· Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections
· Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure
· Ability to influence others
· Good knowledge of global and local regulations, food and non-food product safety, product labelling
· Proactive, achievement oriented and problem solver
· Excellent command of written and spoken English
· Team player with strong communication skills
· Military obligation completed for male candidates
· No restrictions to travel

-Coordinating 3rd party audits
-Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities
