Night Manager

SHERATON ISTANBUL ATASEHIR

• Direct and assist staff ensuring that all work is completed effectively.
• Perform duties of Front Desk, Guest Service Agent and Bell Desk if and when required.
• Ensure all reports are prepared correctly and distributed in timely manner.
• Address guest complaints, problems and/or requests creatively and pro-actively to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Investigate all service and safety issues reported during the shift to find their cause and give recommendations and initiate actions based hotel’s safety and security policies and procedures.
• Intiate investigations, write and supervise the creation of incident reports.
• Ensure appropriate follow up with guests and visitors documenting all contacs.
• Supervise and take necessary corrective actions on behalf of Department Head in the areas of Front Office, Food and Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Security and Engineering.
• Follow company brand standards.

İŞ TANIMI

• Graduate from a reputable university.
• Strong Front Office experience with at least 1 year as night auditor/manager.
• Preferably experienced in Opera system.
• Strong management skills, handle emergency situations.
• Ability to interact with guests with a positive demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage his/her time.
• Passionate about the job and open minded.
