What do I need to qualify for this job?
     * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics
     * Specialization and/or additional education in Project Management, Claim&Contract Management, Foreign Trade will be an asset
     * Very good command of English
     * Good command of SAP
     * Knowledge of international and Turkish law, basic accounting; IFRS, USGaap
     * Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, contracting and/or foreign trade businesses

For our Energy Management Division PM Organization, we are looking for a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for Export Projects. This role will be responsible for commercially steering of the project as well as completion of all commercial and legal tasks as described in PM@Siemens Guideline during all project execution phases. As a partner to the Project Manager, CPM is responsible for the achievement of Project Targets.

 What are my responsibilities?
     * Take role in preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts & L/C's with clients, consult with partners and suppliers.
     * Maintain conformity of a project with commercial rules, standards and related law
     * Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with PM
     * Prepare and present project commercial data for commercial and financial audit purposes
     * Evaluate and provide project related commercial data for forecasting and budgeting
     * Manage all project insurances as well as currency risks and opportunities of the project
     * Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents and all receivables
     * Manage and report project financial results

What else do I need to know?
     * Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements
     * No travel restriction
