What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics
* Specialization and/or additional education in Project Management, Claim&Contract Management, Foreign Trade will be an asset,
* Very good command of English.  Additionally, command of German will be an asset
* Good command of SAP or Spridon
* Knowledge of international and Turkish law, accounting; IFRS,  Controlling&reporting, public procurement law, foreign trade and customs regulations,
* Minimum 3 years of experience

For our Mobility Division in Ankara (at TCDD High Speed Maintenance Depot in Eryaman/Ankara), we are looking for Commercial Project Manager for the Maintenance business. This role will be responsible for taking reporting responsibility of current and upcoming High Speed Trains projects.

What are my responsibilities?
* Commercial execution of contracts with clients, consortial partners and suppliers and carry out respective negotiations
* Maintain conformity of the project with commercial rules, standards, related law and tax regulations
* Organize and track dispatching operations with forwarding companies;
* Classify and control project costs, execute cost analysis with PM
* Risk, claim and opportunity management of the project, Controlling, hedging and IFRS reporting 
* Manage all project insurances as well as  risks and opportunities of the project
* Follow-up guarantees, bonds, accruals, accounting documents, all receivables and payables
* Manage and report project financial results towards the local management and the World Project Controller 

What else do I need to know?
* Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements.
* No restriction for travelling.
