What do I need to qualify for this job?
* 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or master student in Electronisc, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineer or Management Engineering
* Able to work 2-3 days/week during the academic year, 4-5 days/week during academic holidays
* Very good command of English

What are my responsibilities?
* Get in touch with customer in daily operation
* Keep pro-active customer relationship in the field
* Perform technical service operations
* Attend technical trainings abroad if required
* Support the culture and strategy of on-site to on-line in overall organization
* Actively use internal innovation tools and share suggestions with the Customer Services Management
