Siemens Corporate Technology (CT) is the central R&D department within the Siemens Group. Siemens CT's main mission is to secure the future technology base for Siemens and to develop breakthrough products of the Siemens Group. Siemens CT in Turkey is mainly focused on Software Development in the areas of Industrial Automation and Energy Automation products and solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Learning Coordinator who are willing to shape the future together with us.
What are my responsibilities?
* Defining the technical training needs together with the related groups
* Standardizing the training contents
* Building and managing the technical trainings catalog
* Defining the training partners and suppliers in coordination with Siemens Procurement Department
* Planning and coordinating the training classes and enrollments
* Tracking the procurement of trainings in coordination with Siemens Procurement and CT Controlling department
* Tracking and reporting the training budget in coordination with CT Controling department
* Continous monitoring and improvement of training processes and training planning tools
* Getting training feed-backs from attendants and evaluating the effectiveness of trainings
* Coordinating and supporting the provision process of the training environment and infrastructure
* Evaluating digital training tools and environment for digitizing the training needs
