What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Bachelor's or Master Degree in Material Sciences for Plastic material or Mechanical Engineering.
* Working experiences in thermoset production, BMC would be an advantage.
* Very good command of English and/or German.
* Advanced in MS Office applications and SAP.
* Know-how on lean manufacturing principles.
* Know-how on time measurement methods (Refa, MTM etc.).

İŞ TANIMI

For our Energy Management Division LP plant in Gebze we are looking for a Manufacturing Enginner who will coordinate the technology change from UREA to BMC for Thermoset production at our factory.

What are my responsibilities?
* Leading the project of thermoset technology change for the location Gebze in terms of production technology, molds, investments etc.
* Conducting and coordinating all improvement activities in the production.
* Defining and tracking cost reduction projects.
* Defining new productivity measurements regarding processes and products.
* Consultation of product development during new product launching process.
* Defining a stabilized lay-out to consider lean material flow.
* Support of manufacturing processes (troubleshooting, change management, new variants,documentation, preparation of operational instruction sheets).
* Usage of ERP-interfaces in the production, preparation of BOM and routings in the SAP.
* Introduction of new processes/machines, estimation of required capacity  and time schedule for planning activities.
* Planning / execution of production start-up (trials, prototypes/ pilot lot production, final approval of serial production) considering coordination of production technology, equipment and logistic.
* Definition of all needed production rules and standards for processes.
* Capacity management and resource planning for production, phase-out /relocation of projects.
* Make continuous improvement studies on the bottleneck machines and processes.

What else do I need to know?
* As training will be provided in Germany, there should be no obligation staying at Germany for 6 months.
* No military obligation for male candidates.
* Factory location will be at Gebze.
* No restriction for travelling.
