What do I need to qualify for this job?
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering
* Specialization and/or additional education in Project Management, Claim & Contract Management, Foreign Trade will be an asset
* Very good command of English language in written and verbal, German is an asset
* Know-how on the applications of Law of contracts, public procurement law, foreign trade and customs regulations, general logistics, basic financial accounting-IFRS, controlling, reporting/preparing procedures and documentation
* Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience
What else do I need to know?
* Military service should be completed or postponed at least 3 years for male candidates
* No restrictions for traveling

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
For our Energy Management Division Medium Voltage Systems (MS) Business Unit in Kartal, we are looking for a Commercial Group Manager.
What are my responsibilities?
* Contributing to the strategy of Proposal & Sales Groups to reach the Business Unit's BTA (Business Target Agreement) figures
* Evaluating contractual/financial issues to ensure proper preparation of offer calculations
* Provide overviews and presentations on financial/commercial relevant topics to support the bid/no bid decision process for projects
* Implementation of the LoA (Limits of Authority) process
* Co-ordination with corporate departments like Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance (as relevant) to ensure proper risk mitigation and inclusion of appropriate contractual terms and conditions
* Ensuring conformity of the offers with commercial rules & standards in accordance with PM@SIEMENS and related law
* Lead preparation of legal and commercial conditions of contracts with clients, suppliers and negotiate contract terms, teaming up with the business partners, preparing adjustments to contract and L/C documents
* Collaborate with sales managers on developing business models and shape winning strategy
* Management of nonconformance costs/ lessons learned related to Bid phase commercial issues
* Risk & Opportunity Management
* Currency Management
